Relationship Recovery Intensive — Michelle Inder

Relationship Recovery Intensive

A premium, structured coaching experience for women who are ready to understand how they got here, restore a sense of safety within themselves, and transform the way they relate.

A different way of working.

Weekly coaching has its place. It offers the space to work through life's challenges over time and, for many women, it's exactly what's needed.

The Relationship Recovery Intensive offers a different way of working.

Designed as a focused coaching container, it brings together the time and structure to explore not only what happened in your relationship, but how you got here. Together, we'll connect the dots between your early experiences, attachment patterns, beliefs, nervous system responses and the relationship you've just lived through — so you can begin changing the ways of relating that no longer serve you.

Through our work together, we'll begin making sense of:

  • how a relationship that began with love, hope and possibility became something so confusing, painful and destructive
  • why you stayed, why leaving felt so difficult, or why part of you still feels emotionally caught in the relationship
  • how you lost trust in yourself
  • why you found yourself over-functioning, fixing, people-pleasing, walking on eggshells, or accepting behaviour you never thought you would tolerate
  • how your nervous system adapted to survive what you were living through — and how to begin working with it, rather than against it
  • the beliefs, attachment experiences and protective strategies that shaped these responses
  • what your unique recovery journey needs next

By the end of the Intensive, you'll leave with greater self-trust, practical tools to support your nervous system and emotional recovery, and a clear path for continuing the work we've begun together.

How we work.

The Intensive is built around the Narcissistic Trauma Unlocking™ Workbook, providing a structured framework for exploring the deeper layers of recovery while allowing every Intensive to be tailored to your unique experiences and needs.

Together, we'll draw on attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, somatic approaches and nervous system education, including the Traffic Lights of Tolerance™, to help you understand how your responses developed, why they made sense, and how to begin responding differently.

The framework provides the structure. Your experience determines where we focus.

Choose the format that works for you.

Every Intensive begins with an Introduction Session, where we'll review your pre-work, clarify your goals, and identify the areas we'll focus on together. From there, you'll choose the format that best suits your needs.

Week Container

Your Introduction Session takes place first, followed by the core coaching sessions over approximately one week, with an Integration Session afterwards. This format allows space to reflect and integrate what you're learning as we move through the work together.

Weekend Container

Your Introduction Session takes place before an immersive weekend of coaching, followed by an Integration Session afterwards. This option offers a more concentrated experience while still giving you time to prepare before we begin and consolidate the work afterwards.

We'll talk through both options during your Clarity Call and decide together which feels like the best fit.

Is this right for you?

You've already invested in yourself. Perhaps through therapy, coaching, books or your own personal development.

The Intensive is for women who are ready to bring that work together in a focused coaching container — one that allows us to build momentum, connect the dots more quickly, and begin creating meaningful change.

It may be the right fit if you've already invested in therapy, coaching, books, podcasts or your own personal development and know you're ready to dedicate concentrated time to understanding yourself, changing the way you relate, and creating lasting change.

This Intensive isn't appropriate if you're currently in acute crisis, experiencing suicidal ideation, in active addiction or an active eating disorder without appropriate recovery support, or in a domestic abuse situation where your immediate safety isn't yet stable.

Book a Free Clarity Call.

Every Intensive begins with a complimentary Clarity Call. We'll discuss where you are, what you're hoping to achieve, whether the Intensive is the right fit, and whether the Week or Weekend Container will best support your needs. If it feels like the right next step, we'll book your dates and begin preparing for our work together.
